Pros

Really not a bad place to work, friendly managers and high accountability towards staff. higher pay than most similar jobs

Cons

not a ton of opportunity to make more without promotion, guest always right mentality wares thin when guests are rude and managers or corporate will always stand by the guest regardless of details.

Pros

Not too hard of a job. 99% of employees and customers (at least at my store) were nice. I have heard not all stores are like this though. $10 an hour starting wage and I had almost no experience before this. A great steping stone and sure beats a minimum wage fast food job.

Cons

Training was hit or miss. It is hard to get employees to stick around. College Tuition program is very difficult to get.

Pros

Fun job with flexible scheduling. Nice people. Competitive pay. Not sure what else to include here. New casual dress code is a bonus.

Cons

Lots of corporate turnover. Does not pay to retain quality employees. I've heard some negative comments about trying to contact HR (which was understaffed at the time again due to turnover).
