Pros

The environment is chill, the managers are not too overbearing and as long as you are a competent worker you will be left independent. It's basically impossible to get fired or get in trouble unless you are tardy every day for like 2 weeks straight.

Cons

If you are competent you will be asked to take on more responsibility without compensation. This is a problem. The advancement opportunities generally get handed to the new people who haven't had a chance to screw up at all yet, so if you want to advance do it fast.

They do provide a wide range of fresh Michigan products and do a lot of sampling for employees

Cons

Management sucks, corporate is starting to get worse poor decision making and they take too long to hire in new associates,
