Pros
Something to put on a resume. But there are always better things to put on a resume.... You can always join the croud and good off and sit on Facebook all day...
Cons
Incredibly unprofessional, no accountability with "team leaders", they will fire you for any reason at all with absolutely no heads up. Benefits are nothing to get excited about, pay is laughable. I was hired into an entry level position with the understanding that I would be trained and would receive the help I would need. Shortly after starting, I quickly learned this was all a lir. I never received any help or training. When I would ask for help on a problem, I received little to no assistance from my team leader. Instead, he would sit and play video games etc. I made do and was able to teach myself a lot but was always frustrated at the lack of assistance I got. When I would approach my team leader and ask a question he would tell me he would help me later....which would sometimes be up to 3 days later if he even got back to me. In the end I was fired for a failure to meet standards. Absolutely no heads up, I was pulled into an office right before thanksgiving, handed a paper, and told to pack my things. No one ever checked in to what was going on in the department, they just blindly believe what the team leader tells them. At least have the decency to give your employees a heads up if you are going to fire them. During my time at BIS I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. Many fellow employees would waist time on the internet, watching movies etc instead of working. Again, no accountability, a lot of favoritism. This company fires at will and hires new employees at a rapid rate. They are known as a job mill, they use people and then throw them away. You will not learn anything here. They are completely resistant to change. This company is going down fast
