Pros

People and programmers were nice enough if you were hired by the right partner. Equipment is a little dated but functional. Employees helped each other pretty good while I was there.

Cons

There are two male partners. If you were hired by one you got the benefits he gave you and the people hired by the other partner including that partner shunned you and the partner would flat ignore you. They lost half their bread and butter business to Microsoft later and now as far as programmers go, it's considered the bad joke of Piney Flats!
