Pros

The only good thing that can be said is that they always kept the toilet paper stocked.

Cons

Starting at the CEO, this company is the epitome of incompetent. Lies, lies and more lies. Nothing they say or have ever said is true. It is a black hole. Pay is super low, management is terrible and always changing personnel, turn over is very high. They use people up and spit them out. There is literally no circumstance I can think of that would make this the right place for you.

Pros

If you are young and willing to work for peanuts and don't need benefits, you can get some good IT experience here. If you are already experienced or if you have a family and need affordable benefits, don't even bother

Cons

It starts with the "CEO". He was willed the company by the late owner. At the time that this happened, the new CEO had never managed a single person, much less a company. He also has no meaningful education, just a couple of years that he was enlisted in the Navy. The other partner in this group is just counting his money, waiting to retire. The rest of the "leadership" here is just people who the CEO feels he can make toe the line. Lots of good, talented people have left in the last few years, leaving BIS as a shell of its former self.

Pros

Cake and ice cream every month to celebrate birthdays and that is about it. There are good people who work there and have worked there for a long time. I have no clue why those people are still there but they are.

Cons

Management, training, salary, benefits, company policy, administration, career advancement, partners and much more!
