You are a dumping ground , the recruiting team is a lot like a sales team . This company promotes empathy and culture , however it’s all fluff . You can work 15 hour days back to back and still get called out for things not getting done when you’re only one human . You’re not leading a team but you are working through a ticket based system to get work done . Get ready to be the throat you choke with clients because you’re the only one showing your face .
