Work life balance, toxic culture, marginalized managers, turnover in operations, lack of empathy, bottom tier benefits, not enough doers, tone deaf at the top, no mechanism to support taking vacation

I am genuinely sorry to hear that your experience has been negative while employed with Businessolver. It would be very beneficial to discuss why the role has not been a fit, and what can be done to address your concerns. I would welcome a confidential conversation. Feel free to reach out at cbrabec@businessolver.com.
The company spends a lot of time and resources on training but the training is not focused or well organized for how the organization actually works.
Cons
I knew within 6 weeks of starting that I had made a bad career decision. The company is extremely understaffed and the COL roll was the dumping group for work that others across the company. The final straw was when the bonus eligibility that I had negotiated as a part of my offer was taken away significantly changing my earning potential. Out of 20+ people in my onboarding class less than half made it to their one year anniversary. This was a class filled with seasoned bene admin professionals that understand the demands of the industry but could not tolerate the dysfunction at Businessolver.

Thank you for your feedback. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this "live" with you as in my efforts to obtain context and facts around your comments, I was unable to tie them out. For example, I don't have turnover data that reflects losing that number of employees out of any new hire class. I can be reached at mklipfel@businessolver.com.
