Pros

Free food, great co-workers, fast-paced company. Room to work if you're willing to work.

Cons

PTO isn't the great, Long hours, a huge discount from leadership and their team. The company definitely needs a leadership training in management. They should have a culture training and implement a way for all employees to feel appreciated.

The people there are very smart and always willing to help each other out There is a free gym with classes on the first floor of the building They have fully stocked kitchens on every floor with mostly healthy options

Cons

There is no work/life balance - great job if you don't have a family and live to work
