Pros

It's really convenient to work from home. My boss is super flexible with my hours and I get time and a half for holidays.

Cons

The position is great, fun and really easy; but they could pay a little more. Even if it was just 2 more dollars per hour.

Pros

Amazing, positive people -- made it feel less like work and more like collaborating on fun design projects with friends. With that said, everyone worked hard and was focused when it was called for.

Cons

Due to startup nature lots of changes in who I reported to resulting in a bit of messy process at times, but overall not a huge deal. Got to meet more people within the company this way.
