Pros

Bynder has a fantastic, innovative culture where each and every employee has a say in the company and the product. The flat management structure means that senior management are approachable and genuinely interested in employees ideas and input. Bynder has a keen interest in fostering and nurturing their staff with a truly great onboarding process and ongoing development and training opportunities. And did I mention we get free lunches everyday? And fortnightly massages?

Cons

As a mature start up Bynder is going through a huge period of growth which means lessons are learnt and learnt fast.

Pros

- Awesome work culture - Free food/coffee - Young and super international work culture (seriously, I don't even know how many nationalities we have working here) = as an expat this means there is always something fun to do after work - You get to work in teams, but also have full freedom to autonomously work on projects or areas you can add value to - Energetic culture and everyone is rooting for you to succeed

Cons

- Company is growing super fast so you need to be able to adapt to change quickly - Bynder should implement specific and structured training for each department

Pros

- Incredible working environment. Enthusiastic atmosphere and a real family feeling - Fast growing product. Every month you see new developments and new breakthroughs which is very motivational.

Cons

Since it's a new company, many things still needs sorting out. Factors such as personal growth are on the agenda to be improved, but it's still something that needs work. They are on top on improving this though.
