Bynder is a very fake company with people in charge that are not capable to do their job according to their job title. If one of your strengths is to suck up or to be very political then apply, go for it you will perfectly fit in there. If you want to understand what I mean by fake just watch one of their feature Friday videos where they try to promote what a fun it is to work for bynder/how cool this compnay is #FAKE. If you have a bit of understanding of human behaviour, you will immediately understand what type of people suit in this company once you watch those clips. Be careful when you read most of the reviews in glasdoor about bynder. The management asks all the new hires to add positive reviews in glasdoor in order ito make bynder look great and attractive for investors and banks and potential new employees. Last but not least, the unlimited vacation policy is a FAKE news!!!

Sorry you feel that way. Not everyone leaves their job on a high note, such is life i guess but we all start with the best of intentions. I would still like to encourage you to reach out to me personally, eager to learn where you feel we can improve (apparently on off-boarding ;)). Of course you're entitled to your opinion, but i have to contest a few things. I do not encourage people to write on GD (Banks and investors really don't care about our ratings here unfortunately). The unlimited vacation policy and the results are very real, in fact PTO's are up by more than 10% in all offices. (happy to share numbers with you if you're interested or not convinced, just PM me). As for the feature fridays, personally i like these light hearted short videos on Facebook, they shouldn't be taken too seriously. Good luck in the rest of your career, sorry it didn't work out with us, I hope you find somewhere you fit in and feel appreciated. Best, Chris (CEO)
