Overall great place to work. Great colleagues. Friendly atmosphere. Fast-paced though not overwhelming. If you're cultivating a growth mindset and are open to learn. This place will offer some good challenges to help you grow.

Cons

It can be somewhat sales-driven rather than product-driven. We tend to believe we are backed by data, research and live to provide the best possible customer experience. But when big numbers fly ($$), so does common sense and a more pragmatic, R&D-led approach.
