Pros

- Great place for internship or first job - Colleagues - Unlimited Holiday Policy, Flexible Hours, Massages - Office Locations

Cons

- Developers are forgotten - They focus more on different departments like Marketing for instance, when they should invest A LOT MORE in Developers and Product Designers. (not brand designers) - Difficult to improve yourself, you're stuck on the same squad forever. - When you talk to HR about something, an idea or whatever, it gets lost in the air. - You work on a great new product, and out of nowhere, it gets cancelled. And you get to keep working on Legacy, how fun. - Salary is lower than average. No Bonuses. - Agile Coaches. haha. - Lots of developers leaving, wonder why.

Pros

- Really cool, young and enthusiastic atmosphere and environment - Office locations all around the world are supreme - Very transparent communication between management and the company - Lots of flexibility on how to manage your work (remote work allowed and unlimited vacations) - The possibility of actually be a part of something bigger, contribute and have ownership of what you do - The company provides Macbooks, software, (real) books and even a nice funky chair to make sure you're physically and intellectually ready to give your best

Cons

- Even though Bynder has a pretty solid development process, sometimes it feels like it's not very demanding in terms of the outcome, resulting in some frustration for the people that actually want to make things right - It's relatively easy to take advantage of the perks the company provides and that can really have a negative impact on the people that actually works hard - Giving those exact same perks, the hiring criteria could and should be way more selective - Some people got to where they are because they joined the company at an early point and not really by merit (it's not that they are bad, they are just not in the right place)

Pros

- Young people - Lots of fun, parties and free beer - Paid annual trip (aka summit) - Multicultural - Lots of freedom (too much, actually!)

Cons

- No real work done most of the times - Hard to learn from others - Bully-style code reviews, like a competition to show off rather than a way to learn and improve - Managers are kids - Some managers aren't kids but they aren't managers either - Random is the most accurate word to describe mostly anything that happens at Bynder - Wild gossiping!
