Wages. Payroll budget. Regional Managers diverting their responsibilities onto store managers. Buyers out of touch with states that are not Idaho. Subpar training protocol.

It’s a fun work environment being in the support center. I worked on the second floor in e-commerce and it was fun.

Cons

Management is full of empty promises. They promise the world and didn’t once follow through. The company is very too heavy in terms of salary. Majority of people aren’t compensated properly and a LOT of the money goes to owner and CEO salary.
