Great people and great customers.

Cons

Wages need to be competitive with the surrounding businesses. They are 3 dollars below what you can make at Arbys. If it's not brought up there will continue to be a high rate of turnover, especially with high school kids which is sad because it's a great place to work, but could be made so much better.

Higher level positions rarely are open and a lot of positions are filled from outside sources.

Great honest company to work for. I found that they care about their employees and want them to succeed.

Cons

The pay was not comparable for similar positions in the area. There was also some nepotism at the top.
