Pros

The few repeat customers you can help so they don't leave. Go in see for yourself. Every shopping customer needs too see this retailer ounce in their life.

Cons

Absolutely on your own, upper management thrives on patting themselves on there own backs. Not a very positive inviorment. Go in see for yourself. IFA and Tractor Supply close enough for a better exspireance. If Glassdoor would allow I couldn't even give one star on this review.
