Pros

I liked the pay rate I received. I also became more familiar with the farming environment I had lived in my whole life. They allowed me to continue working there while I was in school and all the people I worked with there were really nice.

Cons

I have no complaints. They treated me well and there was room for growth in the company. They did hire temps which were not screened well but they allowed them to work there anyway.

Excellent workplace culture, the people are fantastic. Positive, uplifting, and respectful work environment. Dedicated Mother's Room for working moms who pump.

Cons

Benefits are just okay—the bare minimum No paid parental leave Pay is on the low end, with minimal raises or opportunity for advancement
