The people I worked with (but not management) became very good friends of mine. Leaving C-A-L was hard only because of leaving the wonderful people I worked with.

Cons

Honestly so many cons since C-A-L has merged with other stores. Everything is done to please the board of directors and there is no consideration for employees. Pay is not worth it. Management needs to be trained better. They are losing a lot of amazing people at the support center and they could care less. Before you apply to work here take into consideration how manipulated and undervalued you want to feel. Diversity? None. Fair pay? None. Promotions or raises? You have to beg for it and they MIGHT consider you then. The support center for C-A-L Ranch was a lot of people’s dream job that has become a nightmare.
