Great family owned company. Does not just preach safety but actually follows through with it. Safety first then quality followed by schedule.
Cons
Getting a lot better at training new office employees on the way things are done at the company. But there is no formal training for Office Employees when they first start, so things are done differently at each office.

Upper management believes that they foster a "family" type environment when in all actuality, nothing could be further from the truth. It's sink or swim and you have no support from the executive level.
