Decent pay, administrative and clerical work - very comprehensive, good learning curve period, Center Director was very easy to work with and get along.

Cons

Dealing with parents is sometimes very difficult. The company also went corporate towards the end of my time there - and they seemed to not value the staff as much. They work their directors like crazy with little to no benefits. Incentives were given at unreasonable budget and sales expectations.

Low pay-can be difficult to reach goals for commission Odd hours, difficult to take time off Work and life balance is abysmal. Understaffed centers and picky students lead to scheduling nightmares High stress environment
