C2 Is helping students make it to the next level by helping them to perform better on standardized tests like the SAT and ACT.
Cons
Unhealthy Corporate Culture. Employees in the centers out in the field are only important if they can drive more business. The Senior management says with their mouth that our employees are very important to us, however, their actions speak an entirely different story. There is very minimal opportunity for current employee growth and 90% of new roles in management are coming in from the outside. Very minimal internal promotion.
