Pros

Unfortunately, C2 Education is not a company that I can speak highly of. I would not recommend seeking employment with C2 Education.

Cons

C2 Education does not value human beings. The company lacks structure and processes and has a strong focus on greed. Therefore, operating with a lack of integrity. Unfortunately, this results in a lack of employee retention.

Pros

The kids...and your colleagues at other centers. Other than that, the benefits aren't that great and the pressure to sell is constant.

Cons

Pressure to sell, ridiculous amount of things to do, lack of clarity and communication from headquarters. Stupid company calls you have to be on all the time when you should be working.

Pros

The kids/families are great, and I've seen some really good results from ACT scores. There is support for teachers initially, but not much after that.

Cons

Training for center directors involves a week in Atlanta learning "the script" so everyone can be more sales focused. This is an educational company that purports to care about their students but you'll hear from vice presidents on down that we're about "up selling" packages. Everything is about revenue

Thank you for your leadership and valuable insight about your experience at C2. You're right - the resonsibilities as a Center Director go beyond education and include: (1) Marketing - Visiting schools and counselors, building our brand and image in the community (2) Enrolling - Meeting with new students and families, enrolling new students in our program and talking about the benefits of C2 (3) Conferences - Meeting with existing students and families, checking up to ensure we are meeting their goals, and adjusting their programs as needed, and (4) Magement: Managing the center and employees. As a Center Director, you are trusted to really treat the center as your own business. Please continue working with your Regional Team leaders to ensure that you are supported and able to run a successful Center! Best of luck.
