Okay for Part time - Unsteady Hours

Pros

For the uniqueness of the set-up and expectations (teaching 3 students simultaneously on different subjects), they do a good job of training and observation. Teachers can also test for additional subject matters if they want to expand their available curriculum.

Cons

Testing material is not vetted well and answer keys frequently need "on the fly" updating. Hours are also woefully inconsistent which is partially due to the site manager bonus structure (bonuses are earned for number of hours worked vs students taught, so they're encouraged to cut tutor hours and combine classes).

Working with the kids are always the best

Cons

- Last minutes cancellation of class (hence, you sit there and not get paid; or already plan to head over but have to return back to your house). Customer has 24 hour notice to cancel, with employee, an hour before the work start, so yes, they get the money of cancellation, and you get to stay home and have no plan more making any money
