A Fair Stepping Stone for your Future Job

-You get to work with many bright students -Good stepping stone for a future job if you're fresh out of college

Cons

-During the year, it's near impossible to acquire hours; you'll be lucky to steal 20-30 a week -Horror stories from managers who have to work overtime to shake the money out of the students like a piggy bank to reach the insanely high monthly quota -Training doesn't prep you well for teaching and you get a short window of time to prep for a session. Overall the 3 students to 1 teacher concept is poorly structured and not as genius as the owners think. -They charge the students 3x your pay. You may be better off doing your own tutoring service and at least get 80% of your hard work. Keep in mind you may be tutoring up to 3 students at a time. -Since their beginning, they've been hit with countless lawsuits from teachers

- Great pay if you constantly meet sales goals - Develop great personal skills from different perspectives, including sales, team management, understanding of the industry, and customer success management experience

Cons

The leadership team failed to help employees grow and succeed. Avoid solving problems proactively. Lack of development opportunities as a company and failed to adapt to the e-learning industry.

Working with the students and their families. The staff is one of the best I’ve ever worked with as well.
