Not a very stressful job, but also not one that pays very well.
Pros
Teaching students is fun. A lot of their official curriculum (SAT Blue, SAT Yellow, ACT Purple) isn't bad. Time off is super flexible. It's a good resume builder, especially if you're applying abroad.
Cons
The company has been set up in such a way as to defray responsibility for labor code violations. For example, in my center the PL was pressured to work overtime without pay—not because corporate directly pressured them to work extra, but because the work needed to get done or our CD, who is extremely nice, could have failed an audit and lost her bonus. When they tried to log the hours and get paid for them, they were pressured by central management (the accounting department I guess?) into not doing so. This fit's Wikipedia's definition of "wage theft", but I hope you can see how it didn't *feel* criminal; it felt super casual—like a strictly social thing. Nonetheless, it was certainly illegal. Notice too how responsibility was defrayed: while C2 central set up institutions that cause this sort of stuff to chronically occur, and while C2 central ultimately profits from it, notice how our direct supervisor, whom everybody likes, is the one who would be held responsible for it because she is the one asking for the overtime to. There other labor violations too. None are terrible, but they are, in the same manner, distinctly institutionalized.
