After spending time at exciting small consulting firms with maturity problems including lack of professionalism in internal workings and large consulting firms where everything was overly processed and slow, I found my sweet spot in CAI. This is a solid, growing company, confident in what it does well and executing for customers. Hiring is done with care to bring in experienced and promising new team members who get the job done. The organization's commitment to charity and volunteerism is real as evidenced by the private (free) school for talented kids in need out east and multiple employee driven/company supported local initiatives.
