      Pros

      Got paid every two weeks.

      Cons

      Horrible management, zero training, no pto for associates, luck of the draw for where you’re placed, constant micro managing, lied about contracts and schedules blatantly multiple times.

      Pros

      My pay was at the lower end of fair for the work I was doing but it was tolerable.

      Cons

      CAI is not focused on delivering a good product to the client, they are instead focused on manipulating whomever they need to in order to increase their foot hold within any client's organization. I was often told to ease up on the service I was providing to let the client "feel the pain" so we could "get more CAI boots on the ground".

      Pros

      Management is nice, responsive, understanding The minimum experience needed is low for tier 1. Remote work opportunities are plentiful.

      Cons

      No PTO for non-exempt employees, no paid holidays, moving up to T2 does seem to be 3x the work load for no to little extra compensation... you can do more work but they do NOT value you over employees that do less work for the same pay. I'm speaking from personal experience with upper management regarding a compensation dispute, not just because we all get paid the same
