CAQH reviews

Over a year ago the CAQH board failed when they selected the new CEO. Since then a lot of nepo hires in prominent leadership roles but most have no relevant experience. Leaders are divisive and lacking industry knowledge. Morale is low and people are afraid to speak up for fear of retaliation. To fix the culture a trip to universal is the cure. This is a message to the board to help. Confidentially talk to employees about this leadership team. At the end if nothing changes dedicated hard working people will leave. The entire health care community is at risk if CAQH fails. That failure is happening now.

Very immature leadership team who were more concerned with saving themselves than helping the company. Most of the worst offenders have left in the last two years though.
