No appreciation for good initiatives. Management is more focused on scoring brownie points than making any meaningful changes. Backbiting among employees. Jealous employees will make sure to pull you down. No career progression

New elt changes harbor division within the company. Leaders are put into place that aren’t qualified. Changes are stalled and it’s almost impossible to do our jobs.
