We provide comprehensive training and a fair ramp up period for our new staff, including a guaranteed minimum for Vehicle Protection Specialists as they build their pipeline. The average Protection Specialist earns $75,000.00/year in year two and a college degree is not required for this position. CARCHEX believes strongly in a work life balance. We require the Protection Specialists to work every 3rd Saturday from 10 am-3 pm. We do this because the company provides all leads. There is no cold calling ever and we have strong lead flow on Saturdays. Our Protection Specialists only work leads of potential customers who have contacted us for a Vehicle Protection Plan quote. When a Protection Specialist is scheduled for Saturday, the Specialist schedule is reduced by 1 hour each day before the Saturday schedule, so the Specialist works a 40 hour week that week. We also provide free lunch to all staff on Saturdays. The majority of our sales staff not only meets, but EXCEEDS their monthly goals! As with any sales position, you are rewarded for your efforts.
