      Pros

      work hours are great and the VP of sales will work with you if you need a specific schedule. the people are all in all good to work with.

      Cons

      there is a cult type mentality and if you don't buy into it you will regret it

      Pros

      The place has been a total life changer for me. For once a place that does not cap your sales. A place that truly cares for the employee. A very positive atmosphere that truly rewards hard work. They even give you profit sharing, how many companies reward top performers with that? We get free personal training and free yoga. Our CEO believes in healthy body healthy mind.

      Cons

      Onlyvi can think of is working every third Saturday. But this is sales, most sales have to work more Saturdays than that.

      Great atmosphere, great management team, extremely good pay scale and excellent perks! IF you are a person who enjoys competition and strives to do your best day in in and day out, this is company is for you! You will be rewarded financially and with perks to help your body be at its best! It is an excellent opportunity! If you are someone who is looking to clock in and out and are happy with being mediocre and not interested in getting better, this is probably not a good fit. Everyone in the company from the CEO down wants to improve themselves and where the company is headed each day and it shows!
