Friendly management Friendly co-workers Casual work environment (with occasional business casual days when expecting guests) Plenty of food options within walking distance For me I get to take a scenic back way to and from work which is relaxing. No beltway road rage inducing idiots for this commute!
Cons
What's a holiday? While you get the major MAJOR holidays off, expect to work your full shift on holidays your friends and family have off. I haven't had a job since college working retail in a mall that I've been required to work through as many holidays which can be a bit disheartening. Phone call after phone call all day long = don't you dare call me on my time. Honestly, I don't want to talk on one when I'm away from here (sorry mom! text me?)
