We are not clear about what you are referring to when you mention a “Horrible Structure, deceiving ways, company basically shot itself in the foot.” As you know from being a Vehicle Protection Specialist at CARCHEX, our brand promise is “Customer Experience Above All.” As a result, the Better Business Bureau has consistently awarded us an A+ rating for over 20 years.
