-Every year I have worked there the culture and enjoyment has been going downhill.
-Overall salary is lower than average (however, the work environment more than makes up for it).
-You have to work on a cumbersome, problematic, home-brew infrastructure that eats in on your work instead of allowing you to focus on your job.
-They serve pizza or fried chicken for half of their Friday lunches. (Maybe a pro for you.)
-MO workers seem slightly like 2nd rate employees in the company.
-Overly expensive vendor machines in the office.
-Poor decisions are frequently made on the basis of third-party software salesman.
-They seem to prefer to hire contractors and fresh college grads instead of caring about employee retention.
(Keep in mind no place is perfect or can keep 100% of people happy, Carfax is a great place to work.)
