Pros
Relaxed and comfortable area for prepping desk paperwork. coworkers working together to make things operate on a fundamental level.
Cons
Management don't know how to manage. They aren't transparent on rules. The micro aggressions are constant. The management is self serving not to lookout for the team. there is no clear conversation on what processes are in place. The rules change constantly and whenever I would want to have a understanding on a situation they would be quick to detour me from looking at higher management or HR.
