      You don't need a cdl to drive the hauler.

      Cons

      Starting pay is below level what we do. Company or manager cares about you as a human. Communication is not very good. Supervisor is a micro manger. Dress code doesn't put the employee in mind. Have a strict dress code, only provides 3 shirt after 30 days, you can only wear 3 colors to work and no hoodies is allowed. Not even when it cold outside. No appreciation we are treated like a number

      Pros

      Good insurance with tons of options, even pet insurance. Decent pay and fairly consistent hours. They're willing to train you and even send you through PDR school.

      Cons

      They continue to raise quota until you can't hit it, then get mad and ask why without fixing the problem. They fire people for smoking in the wrong areas but things disappear and nobody gets fired or even talked to. If you don't hit quota they will likely make you work on Saturday.

      I PROMISE. You dont want to work here, not only if you make enemies that will make up false information to get you fired. Thank you Louis! They also will refuse to let you lock your stuff up, my most expensive items are missing. We will be making a police report they didnt let me lock up my stuff to small claims court. Nor did the company call for me to get my things, I had to show up. DO NOT TRUST YOUR TOOLS HERE! 800 dollars worth of tools. I will never recommend carvana again.
