Mandatory overtime is not what they advise. They only have mandatory overtime on holiday weeks or after closures due to weather, and then make you work 10-13 hour shifts. No overtime rates needed. They love getting to make you work extra when they can avoid overtime pay. Inconsistent quotas. They will throw QA out the window just to push more cars so their numbers look better. The attendance point system is in place only so they can fire people they don’t like. Managers can make your points disappear is they like you. 7 points and you’re fired. 1 full point for missed days, half point if you’re late….but if they tell you the same day you’re supposed to work 2 hours past your scheduled time? You’re just expected to deal with it. NO work/life balance. Not allowed to work on your own vehicles, even on breaks, so be prepared to buy two sets of tools, one for home and one for work.
