5 Day RTO in January as a warning to all of the talent. Consistent lying from upper management on walking back the remote and hybrid policies. Low Pay and High Cost of Living area for the main office. Loss of critical knowledge and Seniors walking out of the door. Will quickly become an issue. Snacks and different office amenities taken away. They took away the trash cans from every desk to save miniscule amount's of money. A win for a business with 15 employees that grosses a few million a year, not a multi-billion dollar corporation. There are plenty of places that offer more flexible hybrid policies, since management cannot keep their word it will take a long time to repair that broken trust. Reversing these decisions in minor ways or even walking it back now is not going to repair this broken trust. If management thinks they are going to get the same performance and closely knit work culture out of people as they did they are in for a rude awakening.
