Pros
Compensation is decent, the recruiters did a good job finding like people who will click well and that made for a fun environment, they threw down for parties. It was a really enjoyable job.
Cons
Hours can be really long a the work isn't always steady or easy. There's an intense drive to keep pushing and achieving, which isn't a negative, but sometimes it is when employees are still underappreciated. Though, that may have been situational.
