Pros

When I was hired it was a great place to work, As the great managers moved on (CIO Change) we were left with unprofessional, inexperienced managers that ruined the company and the culture.

Cons

Every person on the org chart between me through the CIO left. Leaving nothing but un professional and inexperienced leaders that ruined the company and the culture. Last straw was when they wanted me to train my off-shore replacement.

Pros

Option to work from home two days a week. If you can come to work, fly under the radar, meet minimum expectations and not speak to anyone, you'll do fine here.

Cons

Even in the first six months I worked here, I was surprised at just how unfriendly everyone was. Salaries are laughable, even for Memphis. Top talent consistently walks out the door for better paying jobs or even just a job where they feel somewhat respected. The key to success is to keep your personality and your opinions to yourself. There are even signs in the break rooms that remind you that no matter what you say, someone, somewhere is listening.

Pros

Somewhat flexibility and only those that are liked by management get promoted. The company itself is great and well-known in the industry. Two days work from home is nice.

Cons

Upper leadership is the biggest issue in the deparment and holds negative reviews by a majority of the recruiters currently in the department. There's very high turnover rate in Staffing department and company as a whole and that says it all. Almost all recruiters that started in the department 2 years ago have already left the company. Those left will most likely only go as far as Staffing managers if they are liked by current managers. Leadership solicits for advice but does nothing to address the situation. Things are very unorganized in the Staffing department and recruiters do a lot of administrative tasks. There is zero alignment between the Staffing department and the vision and mission of the company.
