I really grew as a Software Developer learning new and exciting technologies, that stayed on par with industry leading standards

Cons

Growth Frame work at CBT was non existent, and after a short time it became apparent that my career was not going far at CBT. Even after working with my supervisors diligently to establish a growth plan, I was met with me holding up my end of the agreement, and CBT will roll a dice to see if they would hold up theirs. I just didn't feel comfortable gambling on my families well being. That said, a few people hit the Jackpot and get a really great position at CBT, but unfortunately that is not the case for everyone

Amazing benefits, learning culture, autonomy, developer driven timelines, good coding practices (like testing), aggressive movement forward with technology, empathetic management - I honestly cannot understand some of these reviews, but I will say that low performers do get cut (a pro, imo)

I have not found any. Honestly.
