If your work is your life, then CCMC is everything you could want in an employer.

Cons

If you're in the “in” crowd, you're golden. If you plan on working outside of regular hours, you'll succeed. I wasn't there for a long time, but long enough to see these issues fester in other employees. I made some genuine connections there, and others were completely fake. If work is life, if you don't let any personal or mental health struggles affect you - this may be the place for you.

The company does not practice what they preach- it’s core values- especially Respect. It’s all for show. They do not go to bat for their employees and only promote those that pretend to be corporate cheerleaders . So if you’re fake and lazy it’s a perfect company for you.
