Thank you for your positive review of CCRES! Our PCA rates are very competitive in the current market and we constantly evaluate our rates to ensure we are providing a successful structure for our staff. In addition, we can understand that reaching your supervisors/case managers is very important in order to receive answers to questions and to coordinate care for your clients. We strive to be supportive of our staff in the CCRES administrative office and our partner, the CCIU, has the same philosophy.
