Pros

You know your schedule outright. Doesn't really change except for snow days or other emergency closing. Opportunity to form close relationships with coworkers. If you like helping others, this is a great option. It does offer PTO and benefits.

Cons

The pay is low. Some communications can be confusing and follow-ups can go unanswered.

Thank you for your positive review of CCRES! CCRES does offer excellent positions that follow the school schedule and therefore can provide a great work life balance. We do offer MEC level medical benefits and EAP options for our staff that work at least 30 hours per week. Unfortunately, if you were part time, we do not offer benefits.
