Pros

Paid training Educational Offers Work with kids

Cons

No sick days No vacation days Don’t get kid on holidays and in services Basic benefits that have little coverage Only basic doctor visits, no testing covered, surprise medical bills yet costly. Does not cover hospital. Says it covers specialists, but still bills you. If you don’t need health insurance, decent job. Pay is ok, not great. Biweekly pay. Delayed payment due to notes needing to clear. 6 weeks until first check.

We appreciate your honest review of CCRES. We do offer paid training to advance your career where you can start with a high school diploma and earn increasing higher rates up to $30 / hour. We have many opportunities to advance your career with CCRES through these paid trainings or our discounted collegiate partners. The school schedule does offer days off for school holidays and other days off. The position that you are in will determine whether you receive paid time off for these days. Your continued feedback helps us improve as an organization so please contact us at hr@ccres.org if you have any further issues to discuss.

Thank you for sharing your experience at CCRES. We are thrilled that you enjoyed the pay rate and opportunity for advancement. CCRES offers yearly pay increases in most positions and also offers paid training to advance in your career, which contributes to the longevity of our staff and overall satisfaction. I am sorry that things did not work out with your client. It can be very frustrating when assignments change. There are many factors that impact BHT assignments, from student eligibility, to client factors, and scheduling to name a few. We try hard to ensure that staff and students are a good fit with each other. If you feel that need to discuss your situation, we are always here to listen at hr@ccres.org or 484-593-5040. We are always looking for good people to make a difference with our clients!
