Well organized company, but not without drawbacks.

Pros

High hourly wages to make up for lack of benefits. If you do not need medical insurance or other benefits, the increased wages are nice compared to other companies. HR was also very responsive and friendly.

Cons

Maintaining and submitting case notes is uncommon for the position. Often times felt that I was working harder than my colleagues from other companies when doing the same job. Did not always feel that my case manager was working in the best interests of employees. Often felt stuck assigned to a case even if location and commute was unfavorable, or if I sought a new case due to prior experiences with a client.

This position provides a wonderful foot-in-the-door opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the behavior health field while in school!
