      Pros

      Wide variety of projects to work on although very easy to get "type cast" into doing one type of work. Good knowledge base.

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction for company. Too much emphasis on bottom line at expense of delivering quality projects. High turnover rate once people get to Senior/PM level. Constant focus on utilization rate. Lack of regular feedback. Poor communication across groups and from upper management.

      Great Colleagues Semi-interesting Projects Strong Presence in Texas Market Great Relationship with Clients which leads to more work Decent Pay

      Cons

      Slightly high turnover rate considering pros Worklife balance is manageable, but could be much better Need more mid to senior level staff. Most employees leave when they get to this level
