I understand the challengs of keeping up with enough top notch talent to do all the work we have. Our TA team is working overtime to identify and bring in that talent, and we are on track to hire more employees this year than in any previous year.

We are in a constant cycle of reviewing our benefits offerings and have made significant improvements to all our benefits over the last several years. We are committed to offering competitive beneifts for our people and will continue to review and improve, whenever we can, our benefits.
In my 4 plus years with the company, I worked with some great people in my field on a day-to-day basis.

Upper management was money hungry for themselves, out of touch, and did not care about you as an employee unless you were a share holder. They do not know the staff or the capabilities of their staff. No bonuses or profit sharing. Small % of upper management were share holders.

Thanks for the honest feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you had such a poor experience. It's important that we see this so we can continue to move towards our aspiration of becoming the best in our industry, including in employee engagement and satisfaction. We've been steadily building our incentive package for our staff and believe that we have a robust total compensation package.
We've also developed our Recognition by Design program that highlights individuals and teams who positively impact the organization in large or small ways. This program is very well funded and acts as one form of incentive for employees.
