3yThank you for your feedback and I'm happy to hear that you are being exposed to lots of different projects and experiences. We have a lot to offer our people relative to professional development through work experiences.
I understand the challengs of keeping up with enough top notch talent to do all the work we have. Our TA team is working overtime to identify and bring in that talent, and we are on track to hire more employees this year than in any previous year.

Good start but high turnover

3yThank you for your feedback and I understand how turnover can impact a team and the individuals on that team. Yes, like the rest of the country, CHA is struggling with higher than normal turnover. We are working hard to understand why and make changes to improve our employee expereince.
