      very flexible job can establish a good work/life balance

      Cons

      Not raises, no bonuses, you set goals with achieving nothing from reaching them. Good ole' boy system where it is hard to get promotions unless you are in the circle.

      depending on the group, it can feel directionless due to upper management changes, doesn't lead to confidence in jr staff

      CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.
